Prepare hot water in a large bowl then slowly incense the hot water. This method will relief your bad breathing into a good breathing. Although, scientifically this method is not necessarily able to cure sinusitis, but it could help help relieve your nose a little.

  1. Cleanse the Nose Canal

Clean your nose using salt water so that it can help reduce inflammation.

  1. Compress with warm water
  2. Compress your nose and around your nose using warm water so that the symptoms of sinusitis become lighter.
  3. Lifting the head while sleeping

Use a few pillows to support your head to be higher than usual. This method will help reduce the pressure around the sinuses and reduce pain.

  1. Take Decongestant Tablets

Take this medicine so that swelling and blockage of the sinuses can gradually decrease so that you can feel more comfortable.
